Orders ineligible for shipping (e.g., formatting errors) will not be processed.
Eligible orders move to same-day processing and cannot be cancelled once placed. Massage chair cancellations are subject to a 5% fee to offset payment processing costs.

Returns

Returns may be made within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise price (minus shipping & handling). If your item is damaged/defective/incorrect, contact hello@relaxecare.com first. Items eligible for refunds are covered by our store-wide 2-year warranty and must be in original condition/packaging. Please include all packaging, receipts, and parts to avoid additional fees.
Ineligible orders (international, P.O. boxes) are automatically rejected and cancelled.
Eligible orders cannot be cancelled after placement due to automatic processing. Massage chair cancellations incur a 5% fee.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours. Average delivery time is 5–7 business days. Tracking details are emailed within 24–72 hours of confirmation. Timing can vary by season and carrier capacity.
Availability depends on the product. Due to weight limits, some products ship only to the U.S. contiguous 48 states (no HI, AK, P.O. boxes). Some products may be eligible for international shipping. Add to cart to check availability for your address.
