2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri) ship same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Pre-orders/back-orders always show an estimated ship date on the product page.
3. Freight Delivery – Massage Chairs & Saunas
- Scheduled Call-Ahead: Carrier phones you 24h in advance to set a delivery window.
- Curb-Side Drop: Standard service leaves the boxed unit at the first dry area.
- White-Glove Upgrade: Optional in-home placement & debris removal; add at checkout.
- Signature Required: Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing.
4. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email from hello@relaxecare.com with a live tracking link within 24–72 hours of order confirmation.
Didn’t see it? Check spam or email us and we’ll resend.
5. Delivery Issues
- Lost in transit: Notify us within 7 days of the last scan; we’ll file a claim & ship a replacement.
- Visible damage: Photograph the box/chair and email within 48h; we’ll arrange pickup & replacement at no cost.
- Missed LTL appointment: Carriers charge redelivery fees. Contact us ASAP to reschedule.
6. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
All duties & tariffs for deliveries inside the contiguous U.S. are prepaid. You’ll never owe extra fees at delivery.
